1. Introduction
Finixapp is a social discovery platform built and operated by Finixapp (“we”, “us”, or “our”), incorporated in India.
Our Platform allows users to meet new friends, share photos, videos, stories, comments, and messages, and explore social content from people around the world.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. Your trust is an important part of how we design and operate our Platform.
This Policy applies to:
- All registered users of the Finixapp mobile application and website.
- All visitors to our website, including visitors who have not registered an account.

- Reactions, likes, follows, reports, and other interactions with users and content.
3.3 Location Data
Depending on your permissions and Platform usage, we may collect:
- Approximate location information, such as city or regional-level location, to suggest nearby users and relevant content.
- Precise device location only when you explicitly grant location permission through your device or application settings.
We do not intend to collect precise GPS location in the background unless you have expressly enabled a feature that requires such access and applicable permissions have been granted.
You can disable location access through your device settings. Some location-based features may not function after location access is disabled.
3.4 Device and Technical Data
We may automatically collect technical information, including:
- IP address, which may be used for security monitoring, fraud detection, session management, and approximate regional analysis.
- Device type, device identifiers, and operating system.
- Application version and installation information.
- Browser type and language settings.
- Log information, including pages visited, actions performed, date and time of access, and session duration.

We do not sell personal data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
4. How We Use Your Data

Content that you publish publicly, including public photos, videos, stories, posts, comments, profile names, and profile photos, may be visible to other Finixapp users.
Depending on your selected privacy settings, publicly shared content may also be visible to people who are not registered users or may be accessible through internet search services.
You can manage available visibility options through your account and privacy settings.
5.2 With Service Providers
We may use authorised third-party providers to operate and secure Finixapp. These providers may include:
- Cloud-hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Analytics and performance-monitoring providers.
- Email and notification delivery services.
- Security, abuse-prevention, and fraud-detection services.
- Content delivery and media-processing services.
- Customer-support and incident-management services.
Service providers are permitted to process personal data only for authorised purposes and are expected to apply appropriate privacy and security protections.
5.3 Legal Compliance and Safety
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

Finixapp is based in India and may primarily store and process personal data using infrastructure located in India.
When users in other countries access the Platform, their personal data may be transferred to and processed in India or in another country where our authorised service providers operate.
Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your country of residence.
Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with international-transfer restrictions, we may use safeguards such as:

Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten according to our normal backup cycle.

8.1 How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a privacy-rights request by:

- Using available in-app settings to delete content, download your data, change privacy settings, deactivate your account, or delete your account.
- Submitting a request through our Support page .
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information provided for verification only to assess and respond to the request.
We aim to respond within 30 days or within the period required by applicable law. For complex or numerous requests, we may extend the response period where legally permitted and will notify you of the extension.
We generally do not charge a fee for exercising privacy rights. A reasonable fee may apply where permitted by law for manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests.
9. Children’s Privacy
Children’s safety is a priority for Finixapp.
Finixapp is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts.
For users between 13 and 17, parental or guardian consent may be required where mandated by applicable law or for specific Platform features.
Minimum age and consent requirements may vary by country. In some regions, the minimum age for independently providing digital consent may be higher than 13.
If we learn that a child below the applicable minimum age has created an account or provided personal data without valid authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to suspend the account and delete the associated data.

13. Ghost Mode and Discovery Features
Finixapp may provide Ghost Mode, profile-discovery, and location-based social features. These features have specific privacy implications.
- Ghost Mode may display activity indicators relating to your profile. Unless expressly stated in the feature, it does not reveal the verified identity of specific profile visitors.
- Available profile visibility options may include Public, Friends Only, or Private.
- Content published to the Public Stream may be visible to users globally.
- Location-based discovery is intended to use approximate regional location when possible.
- We do not intentionally display your precise GPS coordinates to other users.
- You may be able to disable discovery features through the Platform’s privacy settings.
Review your privacy and visibility settings before publishing content or enabling discovery features.
14. Transparency Reporting Commitment
As part of our commitment to user trust, Finixapp intends to publish periodic Transparency Reports.
