1. Our Child Safety Commitment

Finixapp is a social platform that allows people to connect, communicate, and share content. Protecting children and minors from sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, coercion, trafficking, sextortion, and other forms of sexual endangerment is a core safety requirement of our service.

These standards apply to all users, accounts, profiles, posts, photos, videos, stories, comments, messages, groups, links, and other content or interactions made available through Finixapp.

2. Prohibited CSAE Conduct and Content

Finixapp prohibits content, conduct, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, soliciting, storing, distributing, or promoting CSAM.
  • Grooming a child, or attempting to build trust with a child, for sexual exploitation or abuse.
  • Sextortion, sexual coercion, blackmail, threats, or manipulation involving a minor.
  • Trafficking a child for sexual purposes or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
  • Soliciting sexual images, videos, messages, meetings, or sexual activity from a minor.
  • Sexualising children or encouraging another person to sexualise, exploit, or abuse a child.
  • Sharing links, instructions, groups, accounts, or resources intended to facilitate CSAE or access to CSAM.
  • Using Finixapp to praise, advertise, coordinate, conceal, or normalise child sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

CSAM is strictly prohibited on Finixapp. When Finixapp obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or other content that violates these standards, we take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Appropriate action may include:

  • Removing or restricting access to violating content.
  • Suspending or permanently disabling accounts involved in the violation.
  • Taking steps intended to prevent further distribution on the Platform.
  • Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required.
  • Escalating the matter for child-safety and legal review.
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority where required by applicable law.

4. How Users Can Report Child-Safety Concerns

Users can report content, accounts, or interactions through the reporting controls available inside Finixapp. Reports may be used for concerns involving suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, exploitation, harassment, impersonation, or other unsafe behaviour.

If an in-app reporting option is unavailable, or if you need to provide additional information about a child-safety concern, contact our Child Safety team at: safety@finixsocialapp.co.in .

General support is also available at: https://finixsocialapp.co.in/support .

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority without waiting for a response from Finixapp.

5. How Finixapp Responds

Depending on the nature and severity of a report or detected violation, Finixapp may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Review reported content, accounts, and relevant associated activity.
  • Remove or restrict violating content.
  • Limit access to features where necessary to reduce further harm.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM.
  • Preserve relevant records where permitted or required by law.
  • Cooperate with valid requests from competent authorities.
  • Make legally required reports to appropriate child-safety authorities.

6. Compliance With Child-Safety Laws

Finixapp is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the service is made available. Our processes are intended to support the review, removal, escalation, preservation, and lawful reporting of confirmed CSAM and other child-endangerment concerns.

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

Finixapp maintains a designated Child Safety Point of Contact to receive child-safety notifications, including potential notifications from Google Play relating to CSAE content or activity on the Platform, and to coordinate appropriate review and enforcement.

8. Enforcement

Violations of these standards may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required. Finixapp may act without prior notice when necessary to protect users, preserve safety, or comply with law.

10. Updates to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards as our product, safety practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will remain publicly available on the Finixapp website with its effective date.
